Patients pay your company
Every visit, program and refill is paid in your portal, straight to your merchant account. Programs can run as monthly memberships.
You set the prices
You decide what your clinic charges for each program, membership and lab panel.
You pay the partners
Your company pays the physician network for each consultation and the pharmacy for each order. The margin stays with your company.
We go through the full calculation with current partner prices on the call.

Who is this for?
Entrepreneurs, investors and existing health or wellness businesses who want to own an online clinic. You do not need a medical background.
Do I need a medical background?
Licensed US physicians in a professional corporation provide all treatment. Your company runs the business side: brand, website, marketing and patient service.
Do you guarantee patients or revenue?
No. You are buying a company that you own and run. How many patients it serves depends on your marketing and your work, so we make no promises about patients or revenue.
How do I get patients?
Mostly through ads on Meta and Google, plus your own channels. You can run them yourself, use any agency or book our marketing service under its own contract. Ads for prescription treatments can start once LegitScript has completed its review of your clinic and Meta and Google have approved your ad account. Until then, you build your brand and your audience.
How much time does running the clinic take?
That depends on how much you do yourself. Physicians handle treatment, the pharmacy ships, and the portal handles visits and monthly billing. Your part is marketing and patient service, which you can run yourself or hand to staff or an agency.
Do I need to live in the US?
No. We handle the complete administrative formation of your US company, and you can run the clinic from anywhere.
Who maintains the clinic after handover?
The code is yours, so you can maintain it yourself or with any developer. Or you book a Care Plan with us: $250 a month for updates, fixes, security patches and support on business days, or $500 a month with 24/7 support for outages, weekends included. Both run for at least six months. We handle the technical side only. Patient service stays with your clinic.
What happens after year one?
Hosting costs $50 a month. You renew LegitScript directly with LegitScript and pay your company's state fees. The code, the domain and the company stay yours.
How does compliance work?
Your company operates as a management services organization (MSO). It handles everything non-medical and works with a professional corporation owned by licensed physicians, who make every medical decision. Many states require exactly this split.
Can I add marketing?
Yes, as a separate service with its own contract. You can also run your own ads or work with any agency. We go through the options on the call.
