This policy covers firststakepartners.com/us and its subpages. It explains what personal information we collect when you visit, what we use it for and who receives it.
Who we are

When you visit
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Every page request creates a server log entry with your IP address, date and time, the page, the amount of data sent, your browser and operating system, and the referring page. We use these logs to keep the site secure and running. Vercel deletes them after 30 days at the latest.
For this page and the confirmation page, the server also writes one counting line per visit: the page, the campaign codes in the address (such as utm_campaign), whether the address carries a Meta click ID, the device type, whether the visit comes from the Facebook or Instagram app, and the country. The line contains no IP address and no full browser ID, and nothing runs in or is stored on your device for it. It tells us how many ad clicks actually reach the page. Vercel deletes these lines after one day.
When you book a call
The booking calendar on this page comes from Zeeg GmbH, Friedrichstrasse 155, 10117 Berlin, Germany. It loads from Zeeg's servers shortly before you scroll to it, so Zeeg receives your IP address and browser details at that point. When you book, you give Zeeg your name, your email address, the time you pick and your answers to the booking questions. Zeeg adds the call to our calendar and sends you the confirmation and reminders. Zeeg stores this data on servers in Germany.
Zeeg passes the booking to our customer records at Odoo SA, Belgium, where the data is stored in Canada. We use it to prepare the call and to follow up with you about it.
We hold the call on Google Meet. Google receives your name, your email address and the connection data of the call. We do not record calls.
Analytics and ad measurement
Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel only run if you click "Accept all" in the cookie notice. Without your consent, neither of them loads.
Google Analytics shows us which pages are read and how visitors find us. It processes the pages you view, date and time, your approximate region, device type, browser and the referring page. Google uses your IP address to estimate the region and, according to Google, does not store it in Google Analytics. Google Signals is off and we share no data with Google for advertising. Event data is kept for 14 months. Cookies: _ga and _ga_MG953S11NV, each for two years, holding a random ID and nothing that names you.
The Meta Pixel tells us whether people who click our ads on Facebook or Instagram go on to book a call. It processes the page, date and time, device type and browser, your IP address and an ID that lets Meta match the visit to a Facebook or Instagram account. When you reach our confirmation page after booking, we report that as a booking. We do not send Meta your name or email address. Cookies: _fbp for three months, and _fbc for three months if you came from an ad.

Our site does not respond to Do Not Track signals from browsers. Analytics and the Pixel stay off unless you consent in the cookie notice.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the ad measurement described above, which runs only with your consent.
How long we keep it
Server logs are deleted after 30 days, counting lines after one day. We keep booking details as long as we are in contact about a possible project and delete them once that has ended, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or to delete it, and withdraw your consent to analytics at any time. Write to info@revis-1.com. We answer within 45 days and will not treat you differently for asking. Some states give their residents these rights by law. We honor them for everyone.
Security
All pages are served over an encrypted connection (TLS). Access to our calendar, email and customer records is limited to the people who need it.
Children
This site is for business owners. It is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted here.
